સૌ પ્રથમ, ISRO SDSC ની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ www.shar.gov.in ની મુલાકાત લો.
“Career” અથવા “Recruitment” વિભાગમાં જાઓ.
જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક “SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2025” શોધો અને Apply Online લિંક પર ક્લિક કરો.
વૈધ ઈમેઈલ ID અને મોબાઈલ નંબર સાથે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરો.
બધી જરૂરી વિગતો ભરો અને સ્કેન કરેલા દસ્તાવેજો અપલોડ કરો.
ઓનલાઈન અરજી ફી ચૂકવો (જો લાગુ હોય તો).

6. દસ્તાવેજોનો અપલોડ કરવો Uploading of Documents:

અરજીકર્તાઓએ ઓનલાઈન પોર્ટલ પર નિર્ધારિત દસ્તાવેજોની સ્પષ્ટ છબિઓ/સ્કેન કરેલી નકલો અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે, અન્યથા તેમની અરજીઓ અસ્વીકાર કરી દેવામાં આવશે. Candidates are required to upload clear images/scanned copies of the following documents in the Online portal, failing which their applications will be rejected:

હાલમાં જ ખેંચાવેલ રંગીન પાસપોર્ટ આકારનો ફોટોગ્રાફ (6 મહિનાથી વધુ જૂનો નહીં) $\text{JPG}$ ફોર્મેટમાં. Recent colour passport size photograph (not older than 6 months) in $\text{JPG}$ format.
(આકાર 40 $\text{KB}$ સુધી અને લગભગ $110 \times 140$ પિક્સેલ હોવો જોઈએ. $\text{Size}$ up to 40 $\text{KB}$ & $\text{dimensions}$ should be $110 \times 140$ $\text{pixels}$)
હસ્તાક્ષર - $\text{JPEG}$ ફોર્મેટમાં $\text{Signature}$ in $\text{JPG}$ format.
(આકાર 20 $\text{KB}$ સુધી અને લગભગ $200 \times 50$ પિક્સેલ હોવા જોઈએ.) ($\text{Size}$ upto 20 $\text{KB}$ & $\text{dimensions}$ should be $200 \times 50$ $\text{pixels}$)
પ્રસંસ્કરણ શુલ્ક ની સંપૂર્ણ વાપસી કે લાગુ અનુસૂચિત જાતિ/અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ/દિવ્યાંગ/ભૂતપૂર્વ સૈનિક પ્રમાણ પત્ર (કોઈ એક પ્રમાણ પત્ર) $\text{SC/ST/Disability/Ex-servicemen Certificate}$ as applicable for full refund of processing fee (any one certificate).

નોટ $\text{Note}$:

અપલોડ કરેલો ફોટો ઉમેદવારની ઓળખને બિલકુલ સ્પષ્ટપણે દર્શાવતો હોવો જોઈએ. આ જ રીતે અપલોડ કરેલા હસ્તાક્ષર પણ સ્પષ્ટ અને સુવાચ્ય હોવા જોઈએ. ઓનલાઈન આવેદનમાં આ આવશ્યકતાઓને પૂરી ન કરવા પર અરજીને રદ કરી દેવામાં આવશે. The Photograph uploaded should be very clear to identify the candidate. Similarly, signature uploaded should be clear and legible. Failure to meet these requirements in the online application will lead to cancellation of candidature.
આવશ્યક દસ્તાવેજો અપલોડ કર્યા વિના કરવામાં આવેલી અરજીઓ અમાન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. Applications submitted without uploading the requisite documents will be treated as Invalid.
આવેદકોને એ કેવળ ઈન્ટરવ્યૂમાં ભાગ લેવાની પરવાનગી આપશે કે તેઓ $\text{Written Test}$ અથવા $\text{Skill Test}$ માં પાત્ર છે. તેથી, જે ઉમેદવારો $Written Test/\text{Skill Test}$ માં લાયક ઠરે છે તેમને ઈન્ટરવ્યૂ સમયે તેમના મૂળ પ્રમાણપત્રો/દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવા પડશે, જો તેઓ તેમ કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ જશે તો તેમની ઉમેદવારી રદ કરી દેવામાં આવશે. Applicants will be allowed to appear for Written Test purely based on the details provided by them in the application. Therefore, candidates who qualify in the written test and shortlisted for Skill Test/Interview will have to produce their original certificates/documents for verification at the time of Skill Test/Interview, failing which their candidature will be cancelled immediately.

4. ભવિષ્યમાં પ્રગતિને અવસર Career Progression:

ઇસરો પોતાની પ્રતિષ્ઠિત 'પ્રોગ્રેસિવ મેરિટ પ્રમોશન સ્કીમ' અંતર્ગત કર્મચારીઓને તેમની સેવા દરમિયાન ઉચ્ચ સ્તરો પર પદોન્નતિની રોમાંચક તકો ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવે છે. મેધાવી અરજીકર્તાઓ માટે ઉપલબ્ધતાના આધાર પર વરિષ્ઠ સ્તર સુધી પદોન્નતિના માર્ગ ખુલ્લા છે, જે $\text{Periodic Merit Based Performance Review System}$ થી સંચાલિત હોય છે. ISRO provides excellent opportunities for career growth under its progressive 'Merit Promotion Scheme' wherein promotion to higher levels is delinked from availability of vacancies. Meritorious candidates can rise in hierarchy through the $\text{Periodic Merit Based Performance Review System}$.

5. આવેદન શુલ્ક Application Fee:

બધા ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીની પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક તરીકે **$\text{Rs. 750/-}$** (સાતસો પચાસ રૂપિયા માત્ર) નું ચૂકવણું કરવાનું રહેશે. પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થતા ઉમેદવારોને જ પછીથી પરત કરવામાં આવશે. All candidates have to uniformly pay $\text{Rs. 750/-}$ (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded as detailed below only to candidates who appear in the written test -

શુલ્ક મુક્તિ માટે: **$\text{Rs.750/-}$** (સંપૂર્ણ વાપસી). $\text{Rs.750/-}$ i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee ($\text{Women/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-servicemen}$).
અન્ય તમામ ઉમેદવારો માટે: પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક **$250/-$** કાપીને બાકીના **$\text{Rs.500/-}$** પરત કરવામાં આવશે. $\text{Rs.500/-}$ i.e after deducting the Application Fee of $\text{Rs.250/-}$ in respect of all other candidates.

II. For Post Code 21 to 39, 41&42:

બધા ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીની પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક તરીકે **$\text{Rs. 500/-}$** (પાંચસો રૂપિયા માત્ર) નું ચૂકવણું કરવાનું રહેશે. પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થતા ઉમેદવારોને જ પછીથી પરત કરવામાં આવશે. All candidates have to uniformly pay $\text{Rs.500/-}$ (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test -

શુલ્ક મુક્તિ માટે: {Rs.500/-}* (સંપૂર્ણ વાપસી). $\text{Rs.500/-}$ i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee ($\text{Women/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-servicemen}$).
અન્ય તમામ ઉમેદવારો માટે: પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક **$100/-$** કાપીને બાકીના **$\text{Rs.400/-}$** પરત કરવામાં આવશે. $\text{Rs.400/-}$ i.e after deducting the Application Fee of $\text{Rs.100/-}$ in respect of all other candidates.

પ્રક્રિયા શુલ્ક ફક્ત **ઓનલાઈન** જમા કરાવવાનું છે. કોઈ પણ મોડ દ્વારા ચૂકવણી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં. $\text{CSC}$ અરજદારોને $\text{Payment}$ ની અંતિમ તારીખથી પંદર દિવસની અંદર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે. જોકે ની અંતિમ તારીખ પછી $$ કરવાથી {Registration}$ રદ થઈ જશે. Processing fee may be paid through online only. No other mode of payments will be accepted... Please note that refund will not be considered if a candidate fails to appear for the written test.

ઓનલાઈન આવેદન ભર્યા પછી, ઉમેદવારો **$\text{Registration Confirmation Form}$** ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકે છે અને ભવિષ્યના સંદર્ભ માટે નામ, રજિસ્ટ્રેશન સંખ્યા, જાહેરાત સંખ્યા અને પદ કોડની નોંધ કરી શકે છે. After registration of application online, the candidates may download the $\text{Registration Confirmation Form}$ which will contain the name of the candidate, $\text{Registration No.}$, $\text{Advertisement No.}$ and $\text{Post Code}$ for future reference.
