How to fill online form for admission of RTE Gujarat 2022-2023?

So let's start with the step by step process explained below.

1) First open the “https://www.rtegujarat.org” website in a web browser to fill up the online form.

Then you have to select the language in which you want to fill the form, such as English or Gujarati. You will be able to select from the three litas given above.

2) Now you have to click on the three lines below and click on the online application

3) Then a new page will open in front of you in which you have to click on the new application.

4) After clicking on the new application a new page will open in front of you. So you can see that there are options like "Form A", "Form B", "School Selection", "Upload Document", "Confirm", "Print" and "Change Mobile Number".

In it you will have to fill in all the details of "Form A".

The form should also include the child's name, surname, mother's name, father's name, child's passbook, mother's or father's mobile number and e-mail ID.

If the child does not have a bank account, you can link any one of the parents' account but you have to fill in all the bank details correctly and there should be no mistake as any scholarship given by the government to the child will be credited directly to the account.

Once all the details of Form A are filled, you have to click on Next button

5) Then a page named Form B will open in front of you in which the annual income of the guardian you have to select the category (caste) and in what medium the child is to be educated and you have to fill in your address.

There are two options for the address. You can fill in your address manually and the other option is that you can also select from the given map. But it is better to write your own address than to do it in a map.

If you select an address from a map, you have to move the red dot to your address.

Then click on the Next button.

6) As soon as you click on the Next button, a new page will open in front of you in which the application number of the person you have applied for will be written which you will have to save and also the date of birth.

You can take screen shots in your mobile or computer to save it.

When will your application number come in handy? You will be able to login again when the website is closed while filling up the form

Then click on next button

7) Then a new page will open in front of you in which you have to select the school. You can select at least one and as many schools as you like.

To select a school you will be shown all the schools close to the address you have entered but you can also search for a school and to select a school you have to click on the option of Plus 2.

And you can also delete the school by mistake and you can also change the order of the school by the arrows above and below. Once the school is selected, click on the next button.

8) Then you have to upload the document

Things to keep in mind when uploading documents

To upload the original document.

If you upload an overview or unreadable document, the form will be rejected.

Document size should not exceed 450KB.

If there is a rental agreement (registered) to upload more than one page PDF format with size less than 5 MB.

Format for uploading documents: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf.

After uploading the document you have to click on Next button

9) Then you have to confirm your application so that you can send your application to a further officer who will verify all the details and accept your form.

Once the application has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes in the application.

After confirming the application you will need to print out your application.
