 For Bill Payment through E-Mitra Citizen Services, residents have to first login to the SSO portal (Single Sign On) through their SSO-ID and Password.  Click on the E-Mitra Icon from the Dashboard, the SSO Portal will transfer you to the E-Mitra Portal.  If you are a first time E-Mitra user, then you have to register by completing some personal details.  If you have used E-Mitra services before, you will automatically login to the E-Mitra portal.

 Step 2 : Click on "Pay Bills"  Menu) and then select "Subscribe Services" option from the sliding menu.

 Start typing with the name of the service in the given search bar and it will show the Appropriate Options, if you feel that the service name is displayed in front.  If started, you can click on it and select, alternatively you can click on "Advance Search" and select the desired service.  Can input multiple fields (Department Name, Utility Service Name etc.).

 Step 3 :-  Once you get the services (like water/electricity then you have to input E-Mitra CID Code or K. Number (Available on your Utility Bill)  (Input) will be required.

 Start typing the word “Electricity” and you will see the option given below to select Electricity Bill Payment with “K Number”.

 Select the option "Discom KNO Electricity Bill", the webpage, the user will be asked to "K NO."  Will give instructions to enter for which payment is required.

 "K NO."  Enter and press "Get Bill Details" - Display / Receive Bill Details / Pending Amount.

 After verifying the details click on “Add Bill for Payments” button.  Bill will be added in a row below and a new button "Bill Pay" will be displayed.

 You may be asked to enter your mobile number and e-mail ID before proceeding for payment.

 After entering the mobile number/e-mail id (if required), the user will be redirected to a new webpage to complete the online payment from the available options  .

 After completing the payment, you will be redirected to the E-Mitra portal with an option to print the receipt.
